My journey into Social Care began with a Psychology degree and a drive to make a difference. I started as a Social Support Worker in the UK, where I quickly saw a glaring issue: finding and keeping great talent was a constant struggle. That lit a fire in me.

In 2013, I took a leap, moving to Australia and diving headfirst into recruitment for the Health & Social Care sector. I connected with leading Not for-Profits, tackling recruitment challenges in Mental Health to Domestic Violence, Disability, and Aged Care. My mission was clear: put people first, always. This approach wasn’t just talk—it earned the trust of clients, candidates, and my colleagues.

I launched HiTalent Recruitment to rewrite the rulebook. We’re here to bridge the skills gap with a peoplefirst mindset, cutting-edge technology, and deep industry know-how. Our mission?
