HiTalent Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Lead to join a well-respected and reputable not-for-profit organisation in Sydney that is funded to deliver inclusive mental health services to the community. This role is open to part time and full time candidates - minimum 3 days per week. The role also offers work from home with the expectation to come to the site 1 day per week. Are you a compassionate and skilled mental health Leader with a desire to support and guide a team of Counsellors?

We are working with a well-respected Not-for-Profit organisation to seek a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in sharing your experience and knowledge in mental health with the team, supporting with service coordination, planning and implementation.

Reporting to the Clinical Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of mental health professionals, fostering collaboration and commitment.

  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapeutic mental health services.

  • Ensure program implementation aligns with Commonwealth funding requirements.

  • Complete case file reviews and audits

  • Oversee and support the delivery of clinical services, maintaining accreditation and compliance standards.

  • Actively participate in individual and group supervision.

  • Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Uphold organisational values and policies while maintaining a commitment to quality service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary degree in Counselling or Social Work with registration with a relevant professional body - AASW, ACA or PACFA

  • Eye for detail and quality control.

  • Proven experience in leading and coordinating a team in a mental health setting.

  • Strong ability to inspire and facilitate team cohesion and cooperation.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and build relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and lead by example.

  • Tech savvy.
