We are seeking a variety of roles to provide culturally safe and responsive services, strengthen community connections, and ensure the well-being of Aboriginal children. If you have a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture, community, and the challenges facing families, we encourage you to express your interest in a confidential conversation.

  • Family Researcher
  • Caseworkers - Family Preservation / OOHC / Restoration / Leaving Care / After Care
  • Carer Recruitment & Support Worker
  • Cultural Connections Worker
  • Business Services Manager
  • Reporting & Compliance Officer

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or qualifications in child protection, family support, casework, or community services
  • Strong cultural knowledge and connection to Aboriginal communities
  • A commitment to cultural safety and trauma-informed practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

These roles are open to applicants who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander only. Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised in Section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW)
