HiTalent Recruitment is seeking a Service Manager to join a well respected Not for Profit in Brisbane. This role is permanent, full-time with family friendly work arrangements available.
Are you a compassionate and skilled community services leader with a desire to develop and manage client-centred service delivery, operations and people?
We are working exclusively with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation to seek a dedicated Service Manager to join the team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing service delivery operations, workforce management and development, strategic direction and partnerships. This role will be an integral part of the leadership team for the service that focuses on supporting individuals with mental health and AOD to help with their long term recovery.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building, maintain and evaluating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and drive growth and strategy
- Promoting practice frameworks and continuous quality improvement
- Contribute towards business development and tendering
- Line management of staff, including designing workforce development strategy and promoting culture and morale .
- Manage safety, risk and the service inline with contractual requirements and service delivery standards
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree qualification in community services, welfare, social work or related field
- Experience leading teams in the areas of homelessness, mental health, AOD or similar
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships
- Ability to think strategically to manage the operations of a busy service
- Demonstrate integrity and a good morale compass
